Grief Gardens

“Grief comes in two parts. The first is loss.
The second is the remaking of life.”

Grief gardens are interactive memorial gardens. They honor the individual who has passed while providing a space to ground and heal.

Note from Owner Mary Pat:

As someone who has personally experienced the pain of grief and the power of gardening to move through that pain, I take on a personal role in all grief garden designs and installations.

I am sorry for your loss and would be honored to collaborate with you to create a space worthy of honoring your loved one.

Blessings to you and thank you for considering GFD to be part of such a personal project.

GFD is excited to be featured by Pathfinders, a grief and loss support program serving Aspen to Parachute, as a resource for anyone in the region wishing to create a garden space for mourning, celebrating and honoring a loved one.
